There was more to life than what I was getting from life.

I’d spent years coping, managing and surviving. I was done.

I wanted more than survival.

I wanted a life.

Empowering Solutions is about sharing the information, tools, skills and resources that set me free from the pain of the past and fear of the future, setting me on a course to no longer be that victim of life but the creator of my best life. 

My hope is to offer you information and opportunities that will enable you to discover your own intrinsic power and see yourself as the capable being you are to create and cultivate the life you want for yourself.

The journey from there, where we exist, cope and manage to that place of knowing we can – and how to – live our best life is about finding our own personal power to break through that sense of hopelessness and helplessness that can keep us from the life we dream of and desire.

It’s about learning to recognize that we hold the key to our freedom and that it is never to late to create and live our own “best life”!

I am a trauma survivor…but I no longer live only to survive.
